Justyna Górowska is a performance artist whose work explores posthumanism and the boundaries between being and non-being. She received her MFA from the the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and is currently a PhD candidate at University of Arts in Poznań. Since 2014, she has worked with Lokal 30 Gallery in Warsaw and she is winner of the Samsung Art Master Contest. Her projects have most recently been presented at the National Gallery in Jakarta, Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, among many other exhibitions internationally. Górowska is in residence at Art in General from June–September 2017 through the support of Art in General and the International Visegrad Fund.
