  • Christian Steiner, Mark Ther (28.5. - 26.6.2005)FUTURA is pleased to present a series of rare photographs by Christian Steiner- one of the most renowned photographers to the stars. Steiner's photographs of opera singers are among his most notable, and in particular his series of portraits of opera star Maria Callas, which was made during the early 1970's.

  • Viktor Kopasz: Solid Painter (21. 9.- 6. 11. 2005)Viktor Kopasz was born in Král´ovský Chlmec in Slovakia in 1973. After studying Secondary School of Design in Košice (1988-1992) he went on to study photography at FAMU in Prague (1992-1997), where he now teaches freelance in addition to running his own private courses; he lives in Prague.
  • Groupe Guma Guar: TAZmania (after czechtekk) (21.9. - 6. 11. 2005)Following the 2003 Czechtekk festival in Kopidlno we downloaded all the photographs of the event accessible from Internet websites. We then cut the faces of the participants from each and every one of these photographs and made a video from the pictures thus acquired.
  • NATURalia: Collections Without Borders V.(24. 11. 2005 - 12. 2. 2006)The uniting theme for the exhibition is different views of nature; from Land Art, involving an escape from gallery space to the freedom of the wilderness, to the present, where new realities such as virtual reality, genetic techniques, and ecological awareness have radically changed our perceptions of nature.
