Performance Train is a 7-day mobile program through between five Central European countries promoting performance and multimedia art. The project will include more than 40 international artists, students, emerging artists, academics and cultural actors. The event doesn't only happen in the train but also in the cities which cross its path. It will further include an exhibition, workshop a mobile library and an open platform.

Performance Train is organized by Transart Communication in the frame of its 30 years anniversary. The association was founded in 1988 by Rokko Juhászem, Ilonou Németh, Ottó Mészárosem and Attilou Simonem. After 2007 is was continued by Kassak Center. The aim of their project is to connect cultures of countries within the Visegrad region, mostly through performance.
